Mostly good & friendly people. Some have found a niche or are working with the right clients. The rest are told to find a life raft if they can. Senior management seems connected to the business of the day, but only if they're making money on it - not on how hard it is to get new stuff for others.

Struggling to expand as a company & they are not set up for success in gaining new business. Relies on existing relationships and too understaffed to get new. CEO doesn't get it. Too many directional changes to have a consistent plan. Tons of turnover.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone who has success growing a staffing business in another company and can come in and replicate it at Hollister. Then trust that person to roll out the plan, instead of forcing him/her to adjust to your whims.
