    Pros

    The office decor is great and makes for a very pleasant working space

    Cons

    When corporate decided to start hiring upper management; completely unaware of the city culture to come in and "clean house", the environment went from a fun, work together, play together group to just another cold suit & tie corporate institution, focused only on the bottom line. Everyone is replaceable, everyone is just a number, everyone is stressed out and office morale (in all offices) is below zero, only they pretend things are great so that they can keep their jobs. Their new attitude, after the mass exodus of people upon hiring these robots: "if you don't like it here, then leave". There was even a PR email that went out to the entire company, demanding current employees post positive reviews about the company for rewards. Oh- not to mention: the number of interoffice extra-marital affairs is unbelievable, especially within management. Their solution: just re-org them.

    Advice to Management

    Remember the human beings who created the company culture and who took the company public. Corporate robots will ensure the revolving door continues to swing.
