    I have been working at Horizon Coach Lines (less than a year)


    co-workers are good to work with.


    Buses are old, outdated and worn out. Work assignments are handed out the day before, so it's very difficult to plan your personal life. Pay is low. Passenger amenities on buses are poor to non-existent (no wi-fi, unreliable video players and sound systems, poorly functioning climate control systems). Routes for scheduled services are badly laid out and times are unrealistic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in new buses, and upgrade the passenger amenities. Give drivers their work assignments further in advance so they can have a personal life. Better wages would decrease driver turnover, reduce training costs, and allow the company to be more selective in hiring drivers.
