I have been working at Hyphen full-time (more than an year)

None, they are a bunch of con merchants. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

The "Hyphen Experience" is the worst of both worlds. They are a recruitment agency [not a consultancy] looking to put charge you out as a consultant, but only put you on a limited, not full, permanent contract i.e. they will charge you out a consultant on a temporary assignment, but not pay you as a consultant. At least with Accenture/PwC etc. you get some career progression and shares/stock, where with these guys you may only work for them for a year and then nothing. They get paid a lot and you are left looking for another role. FYI they are really Adecco Group/Spring IT!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to be what you are not and stop conning your clients and contractors/employees!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
