    Pros

Great company to make your mark and acquire lots of experience. A lot of talented folks across disciplines but after a few years, the bureaucracy and the administrative requirements start to wear on you.

    Cons

Bureaucracy seems to be the order in most cases. You also could feel stuck in positions doing jobs that are totally beneath you with no prospect of getting out of it in the name of being billable.

    Advice to Management

Change compensatiion and advancement process. Too subjective and come across as who you know rather than the work you have done.
