    I have been working at ICON full-time for more than a year


    Senior management (Line Manager) is very supportive and personable.


    The number of protocols assigned is high. For every 1-2 studies assigned there is a different study manager. Also the opportunity to move into a management position from a senior level CRA has not been available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The development of a curriculum to train and/or expose (e.g. virtual courses) current staff would be advantageous to the company and would help employees prepare for upper level management positions while waiting for those positions to become available.
