    Pros

    Your coworkers are like family. Training is exceptional. Coworker discounts and low meal costs. Working with all the awesome articles we sell! Making customers happy by helping them. Being able to sell exceptional furniture. Growing within the company. Most customers are wonderful. Hours can be flexible. Management from the Store Manager to all of the Team Leaders are great to work with, friendly and are very hard working. IKEA gives you the tools to be what you want to be. Benefits are amazing!!!

    Cons

    Customers can be very rude, demanding, destructive and messy. Weekends are exhausting. Late night closings because of the messy customers.

    Advice to Management

    Provide weekends off to coworkers without them having to ask for it. You will find them less resentful when you have your weekends off.
