    I worked at Intel Corporation

There is a real push from upper management to make work life balance a reality. There are numerous opportunities to move laterally and up, not necessarily in your group but by moving teams... Which is still great for a company this size. Training is amazing here they really focus on getting people up and running and set you up for success!

Management moves around, so you're never managed by the same person for too long, this could be a pro or a con. You can easily get jaded and lose vigor after hitting so many walls /obstacles when implementing change- a company this size hasn't been around for 45+ years because it changes easily. Intel is a smooth running Goliath and tends to throw paperwork at you if you try to change it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take more risks- it's a core value! Other than that Working for Intel was a dream!
