I worked at Interpro (Michigan) as a contractor (less than an year)Pros
They had the connections to get me a job where I wanted to work. The recruiter was very good and helped iron out the communications difficulties.Cons
Paperwork that I had completed was lost by their HR department and I was asked to complete it again. Payroll runs once a month which is very inconvenient for the employee. Communications between me and the company were poor.Advice to ManagementAdvice
HR paperwork should *NEVER* get lost. It makes the company look extremely unprofessional. Invest in a better payroll system that allows hours to be submitted and approved online. Increase the frequency of payroll to at least every other week and eliminate any glitches that delay the employee getting paid. Nothing will completely ruin your reputation faster than payroll glitches and delayed payments. Train office staff to communicate better and/or hire staff that can. This also has a huge effect on your image.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
