    I worked at Intralinks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Benefits
    -New CMO trying to lighten up the culture
    -Very interesting technology
    -Smart people

    Cons

    -Suburban office in the middle of no where - no where to go for lunch or socialize after work
    -No matter how hard you work and contribute you will not be recognized..you will face roadblock after roadblock when trying to contribute more and advance your career
    -Backstabbing/bullying is rampant across the company while upper management turns a blind eye
     -Extremely high turn over which means new people are constantly coming in and having to catch up to speed - there is no consistent teams working toward the same initiative for long enough to achieve anything (which is why the product never progresses)
    -The high turn over is because there is lack of career advancement from within - constantly firing people at random and bringing in new people from Novell
    -Very creepy that new Waltham office is in the same exact suite as Novell was

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    FIX THE CULTURE! Treat your hard working employees with respect and help them to succeed. The technology is interesting and this company has tremendous potential to be a really good place to work. But the changes have to start with upper management and trickle down. To start, remove the roadblocks that are preventing your hard working employees from going anywhere...
