Great work at home opportunity with lots of overtime and potential for advancement. Excellent pay and benefits including 401k. Training provided.

Extremely stressful micromanagement environment. Supervisors more concerned with their numbers than actually seeing employees do well. Employees get rated on customer surveys which go wrong when customer upset with company or product provided. Supervisors expect employees to work on tax advice work even though you are hired as tax support. They expect you to reach out for help if needed but getting help is not easy and supervisors often get upset if you need help even if it is out of your realm of duties and experience.

    Advice to Management

Supervisors need to be more considerate of the fact that new employees do not know everything and there should be more of a learning curve. Supervisor told me that she was so stressed out her first year that she had to be put on antidepressants in order to cope and continue to work there under the conditions. Most people don't know how or are not wiling to work in extreme conditions like that.
