If you like companies that slack at all levels of management so you can slack too without fear of consequence other than ignoring your conscience, this is the perfect company for you.

    Pros

This company doesn't want to invest in the thoroughness to fix it's problems at respective properties. Worst comes to worst, it cleans house and starts new - simply buying more time by restarting the cycle. This makes working for the company a breeze with no performance pressure, as long as slacking on every level of management doesn't affect you. Personal passion to do things right just gets in the way. Learn to slack with the rest of your team and its easy second income.

    Cons

If you have personal passion for doing things right or for organizational improvement, you'll madden yourself even not turning it off when you come to work. You work to get through the day and then deal with the problems later.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Introduce an execitive or member of upper management who general managers of properties and their teams can look to as proof some one has some control or knows what is going on.

    Doesn't Recommend
