Job was, for the most part, not bad

    I worked at J. C. Penney part-time for more than a year

    Pros

For the most part, I liked my supervisors and collegues. Benefits were alright

    Cons

Mainly, having to occasionally deal with 'not so nice' customers, and not always having enough staff covering all the departments, during busy times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would just add that mot people working the floor should made to be more 'polished' looking (dress codes) and discouraged from having silly conversations when customers are within earshot. Also, more people covering the sales floor.
