    I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Training is available depending what set of skill is available but learning really occurs from your coworkers or outside your team. The CDP program has dedicated 4 week training to provide guidance for those that may need step in to the work force.
    Company recognition/visibility for hard/smart workers thinking outside the box, owning hot items(I.e. running to the fire), leadership opportunity, and process improvements. Depending on manager
    The time off policy vacation/sick/personal/compensation great compared to other companies.
    Getting an exceeds rating in the company allows employees to get school compensation opportunities belive its around 80% for selected schools.
    401k Rate match to a specific percentage point, company stock option, health plan, life, legal insurance available.

    Cons

    Work life balance especially in the IT support area.
    Advancement/Promotion oppurtunities have to work beyond the next pay grade available to get promoted. Think of working 2 pay grades above to get promoted 1 level.
    Workload ownership.
    Dont be surprised of pay gap differences when doing same/above job roles and responsibilities.
    Bell Curve rating system.
    Management styles varies so expectation in certain area may weigh in to your rating which could be in your favor or not.

    Consider balance workload on team over specific individuals.
