    Pros

The culture is mostly open, transparent, and generally positive. The company recognizes the value of employees and supports and invests in them. There are available resources and opportunities for career development and growth. Compensation and benefits are among the best in the industry. Work/life balance is good and flexible.

    Cons

The company has been through a lot of changes and challenges in recent years including 3 CEO's in 3 years, many re-orgs and this has negatively impacted many people across the organization, including a lot of hiring and firing/RIF's. I left last year, but with Rami as CEO now, things appear to be stabilizing and going in a better direction.

    Advice to Management

    1. Keep the whole company focused on a clear vision and strategy, with clear and open communication on progress and challenges.
    2. Continue hire the best talent, to invest in career development resources at all levels, and promote from within.
