Big four work which included many lucrative deals and high end clientele. There were incredibly smart and dedicated people who worked at the firm. There were solid benefits and more liberal policies for leave and remote working. There was good flexibility to leave the office and do work from home.

The company is process driven, i.e. they are more concerned with the amount of work needed to be done rather than being people driven where they care more about the people accomplishing the work. The firm did not seem to care about its workers as much and was evident with the overall culture of the firm. My last day at the firm went unnoticed until I told people at the end of the day, really anyone there is replaceable and the culture sort of demonstrates it.

    Advice to Management

Improve people orientation and how to improve culture, the PTO schedule should not include sick days. There should be more opportunities to learn information within the firm and should see numerous opportunities for young people within the firm. A culture shift should occur.
