    Pros

Great health care benefits. Great exposure to labor unions. Great co- workers.

    Cons

Hostile work environment in the Transfer and Processing Center. No one is happy and very rarely promote from within the organization or department.

    Advice to Management

Listen to why employees are unhappy. Provide training for new team members.
