While employed with Kiewit I was able to learn the engineering side of construction and how to work and collaborate.

I worked at Kiewit Corporation as an intern

    1) An immense amount of experience from seasoned professionals; 2) Learning the ability to collaborate and effectively work within a team setting; 3) Introduction to new software as well as the training to use said software; and 4) Consistent aid and advice from upper management.

The only con I experienced at Kiewit was getting quick help for questions I could not answer. However, I feel this was a test to see the ability of individual problem solving and to see if we could work through the problems ourselves so we could better learn how to work within the system.
