I have been working at Knight Transportation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Water finds it's level. I have seen at every position the chance to sink or swim.

    Cons

Everyone is treated more equal then they should be. What I mean is not related to race, sex, etc. but if you are awesome you are still asked the same questions someone who is awful should be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Higher pay for excellence.
