tuition reimbursement, top payed compared to other child care centers, people you work within the classroom have the same opinions as you do. the company is world wide so if you want a transfer it seems possible.

you only advance in the company if you the right color, the trainings are a waste of of time. the employees opinions and suggestions are tossed to the side and the parents are in control. Expectations to come to work during state of emergencies is outrageous. Lack of supplies is embarrassing. kids are allowed to come to school sick and contagious.,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop spending money on directors trainings in Florida and spend it on your employees. show your appreciation to the teachers. pay for a decent holiday party and give them a christmas bonus.
