I worked at Kraft Foods full-timePros
Culture of people with high values all trying to do the right thing. Demanding workplace with challenging goals and fair compensation. A great training ground for most any function. Kraft name on your resume carries weight in the CPG space.Cons
Challenging industry/environment with a goal of low growth but high bottom-line and cash flow performance. Results in intense cost pressure that in some cases has gone too far and impacted top-line results. Lack of significant, sustained innovation adds to growing cost pressure. Significant outsourcing across most functions results limits entry-level opportunities for college grads. Entry level now is spending 3-5 years in functional roles at other CPG's that Kraft has outsourced.RecommendsNegative OutlookApproves of CEO
