I have been working at Kraft Foods (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The culture at Kraft has changed significantly since the takeover by Heinz. Salary and Benefits were good in the old Kraft environment and there used to be a lot of opportunities for professional development. Time will tell this changes because of the takeover

    Cons

The culture at Kraft has changed significantly since the takeover by Heinz. There were a significant amount of leadership positions eliminated and decision making seems to be more centralized.

    Advice to Management

Revenue growth is a key component of long term success in the CPG world. Cutting costs can get short term gains for the stock price, but it is not sustainable if revenue is flat or declining.
