I worked at LRN full-time for more than a year

It did a great job hiring employees that even though NONE of us still work there any longer, we're all still friends and support each other.

The cult-like mentality. The CEO is obsessed with preaching the gospel...according to the book he wrote. The open-door policy that is actually about as closed as it gets. A massive turnover rate with employees. HR that doesn't care about discrimination, ethics breaches or common decency. An absolutely horrible culture...and HOW.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to be effective leaders. Trust your teams. Break away from the cult-like mentality. Don't treat staff like garbage. Learn how to be ethical. LISTEN to your staff.
