Current Employee - Library Assistant in London, England (UK)

I have been working at LSE full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I work as a Library Assistant and we are paid well compared to the same position in public libraries. My salary started at £24.300 and is now already at £25.400 after less than 2 years.Very good holidays and sickness allowance

    Cons

No career perspective. Very ripetitive tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should be more positive and try to give good vibes in the office.
