Life insurance rates are not competitive, middle of the pack in terms of premium and benefits.
Renewal rates will increase on your customers after year 1 guaranteed, you have no control over the renewal rates.
You do not own the book of business after leaving, customers stay with liberty.
Residuals on renewal book of business is low compared to competitors.
You will have conflict internally over business, some accounts are 'owned' by existing reps.
Advice to Management
Get out and set up LMA's yourself and then distribute them for your reps.
