I have been working at Lowe's

Great coworkers. Relaxed attendance policy. Flexible schedule because there are employees for coverage. Good medical, 401k, stock purchase. Lots of employee appreciation days with games and sandwiches.

Hard to advance career. Advancement based mainly on sales ability. Some departments have not got much of a chance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more fixed schedules so people dont have to ask for so many schedule changes. Retail hours are crazy all over so somebody needs to change the standard.
