    Pros

I enjoyed working at Lowe's their is room for growth and the starting pay was high enough to peak my interest and eventually commit. Lowe's ProServices works heavily with contractors and this gave me a good background in sales and future work with other companies

    Cons

The management team seemed at times disconnected and communication definitely lacked especially from the highest level. Store manager spent about 20% of time on floor and 80% of time in office further disconnecting the employees from management. I have heard other managers are not like this so do not let this discourage you too much. Finally, the store where I worked seemed to have to much drama employees constantly talking about one another gave a high school feel to it and made it hard to want to go to work at times.

    Advice to Management

Do better at connecting with employees and communicating with them. Be sure to keep a professional atmosphere for the employees at all times.
