Used to be a great place to work. Not so much anymore. Salaries too low. Senior management reaps all benefits.

I have been working at MHA (Managed Healthcare Associates) full-time for more than 3 years

Due to acquistion by a publicly traded company, things are not the same.

Very high turnover from resignations and firings. You never know who's next.

Senior management team has huge egos. They won't listen to employee concerns or accept criticism. They keep hiring new VP's to 'help the company grow' but the organization is already top heavy and they won't listen to new ideas anyway. The senior management team reaps all of the benefits while the sales team and admins do all of the work and get paid horribly.

Salaries are low and benefits are basically non-existent. Vacation time is minimal and managers give you trouble about taking time off. It takes 5 years to get 3 weeks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your employees. Give us some recognition. Go back to the old way of running MHA. It was a much better place to be.
