I worked at MHA (Managed Healthcare Associates) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

beautiful office, great location, and very nice people which creates a good work environment. Offers some nice activities for employees to interact

    Cons

Too top heavy, no middle management therefore leaves no room for upper ward mobility for entry level employees. Salaries are low and increases are extremely minimal. Management fires too many people and changes direction all the time- its like a revolving door. Too much focus and power given to upper management, employees don't feel valued.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your employees, develop them and pay them competitively and they won't leave so quickly. Include employees in meetings. Provide more competitive benefits and training.
