I have been working at MLB Advanced Media

    Pros

If you are into Baseball then you are in luck
None of my paychecks have bounced yet....and that is about it

    Cons

It is a very clique culture here and that makes it hard to even contemplate opportunities for upward movement. It is a very "brown nose" culture. Also if you come on as "Part-time" (some positions you are still working 40 hours as a PT) with the hopes of becoming Full-time, don't hold your breathe, they might increase your hours but they don't want to give you benefits.
Management is fairly unhelpful you will always be told "It is on my to-do list" or "We will consider it more once the season is over" But guess what? Even after the season is over they still find excuses to put off making decisions year round so people end up leaving because they feel so under-valued. There also is a WAAAAAAAAY too much gossip going on around the office from unexpected sources (ie; HR) take my advice unless it is your dream to work and live baseball look elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try actually listening and valuing your employees and maybe people will stop leaving.
