You can put wireless experience on your resume.

I could go on for weeks. As a manager I constantly put in 50+ hours a week. When you do the math on their pitiful base salary you barely make minimum wage. My store was over 100% to goal every month I was employed there, and when I 'abandoned my job' (despite doctors notices and being directly in touch with HR and my DM throughout my whole surgery/recovery process) our customer satisfaction scores were at 100%. I caught a communicable infection somehow, worked regardless, nearly fainted at work and was so understaffed that I had no one to come in to cover the store for me. I was in such bad shape that mall management came to me and offered to let me close early with no penalty to go to the hospital. My DM refused to let me close shop early, so for the rest of the day, there I was touching phones, keyboards, you name it. That evening I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with MRSA. Long story short, I had surgery on my legs and back and mobilenow fired me during my recovery process for job abandonment. My DM was an outright liar and never hesitated to throw reps and managers under the bus to save her own skin. Upper management taught managers to use fear tactics to run a store. ZERO work/life balance. Prepare to work 100 hours every 2 weeks at least. Your pay can be docked for any reason HR wants without notice, even if you are on salary. The point of sale system is a joke. You cant even make a return without going through upper management. You have zero control over who you hire. You can only suggest people to your DM. Their insurance is garbage and costs way way way too much for the coverage you get. Prepare to be completely understaffed. This company survives by tricking people into thinking they will make big bucks and fabricating reasons to fire them any time someone above them is under heat. My store was one of the best in the district and they fired me without the blink of an eye. Oh and dont even get me started on chargebacks and inventory audits.

TL;DR - STAY AWAY. Dont get lured in by these crooks. Upper management is full of liars and cheats. You WILL NOT make the money they promise you up front. Oh, and if you get a major illness just do what I did: consider your job already gone and submit your resume elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They have a great little scam going. Im sure they make plenty of money and dont need any advice at all.
