    I have been working at MOBILE NOW full-time for less than a year


    If you like dealing with the latest and greatest in the cell phone industry. The pay is decent and really good if you can hit sales targets as well as get your employees to do the same.


    The training process is horrible, virtual training without any actual training on the systems. You are rushed through the sprint required training, We "completed" Sprint's 90 day training course material on day 2. No support for the managers. You are basically a glorified sales rep who does not make commission. You arent given any type of control over sales as far as discounting accessories for long-time customers or even customers who get a company discount on accessories. You are required to sell x amount of lines personally as a sales manager to make your bonuses- which takes money from the sales rep. Commissions are held for 60 days. DO NOT make one mistake in the sales process, if you make one mistake with a bad sale (ineligible upgrade) or make a mistake with a trade-in phone- goodbye commission- you will be charged the full retail amount of that device.

    Do a better job with training from the start, dont just throw people to wolves to figure it out on their own.
