Benefits are average for this type of business. Salaries are decent but not great. Work life balance and working conditions are generally good. There are quality people working there in some areas.Cons
*Senior leadership has no experience doing the work, but are convinced they know more than the mid-managers or employees.who are doing the work.
*Senior leadership routinely uses the Corporate staff to make up for bad business decisions.
*Vision consists of "wanting" more revenue and more profit without ensuring adequate resources, vision or strategy to be successful.
*Success is informally measured by how many hours you are at your desk working, regardless of whether it leads to anything. There is no formal measurement of success. .
*Personnel are often hired for one job description but end up executing a different one after hire, then punished for not being able to meet expectations for the new position.
*Expectations are extremely high without supporting justification.
*New job titles and pay raises are awarded without a supporting performance system..
*New positions are created without a corresponding balance between responsibility, authority and accountability.
*Employees move in and out of senior leadership's good graces based on the latest whim or business focus.Advice to ManagementAdvice
