I worked at Management Concepts full-time (more than 3 years)

You could work from home. However, most of the upper management didn't like this policy and made working from home difficult

Where do I start...Lack of innovation for an Instructional Designers prevents them from staying ahead in the industry. They don't build any other kind of training except PowerPoint and instructor lead training. On top of that the ILT's are extremely boring and lack and creativity. Built for boring government agencies who refuse to take risks. Had I stayed here any longer it would have certainly impacted my marketability as an Instructional designer and I most likely wouldn't have been able to find a job. The curriculum manager positions are very unmarketable positions as well. Luckily I have moved on at another performance improvement company and it has helped my growth as an ID. staying at management concepts would have been certain death for my career. I urge anyone considering that when working here as the tools use and products you develop are useless outside of management concepts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get with the times. Executive teams have created a huge divide with the rest of the company. they lack strategy to be an effective company. The federal government is to unstable to work here
