It's difficult to sometimes reach out for help from other areas of the business. Unless you get the opportunity to travel and network, you will find it hard to make contacts outside your immediate working location. It's also frustrating not being able to speak to the person you want to without going through various levels of management first.
Technology is awful. We need massive investment in providing systems fit for purpose.
