    I have been working at MarketSource full-time for less than a year


    I started with the company as a Wireless Team Member. I just recently got promoted to Wireless Team Lead. I like what I do for Target Mobile. I have the opportunity to sell phones and be an active part of the success of my store. I was promoted because my DM felt that I had the values and tools to be a team lead. I have a lot of support from the other managers in my district which makes the difference as a new manager. I like the challenges that is what makes my job interesting and at times rewarding if you are willing to put your best foot forth and work.


    Sometimes the days can be slow and depending on the tier store you work at can affect how much commission you can make.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It's all about communication. The success of the business is only as strong as the communication given on both the upper management and store teams. I believe there should be more field team in store for DM's even if it's just a simple do you need anything or Is everything going ok? It makes that much for of a difference and will make teams work harder for the company when they know the company cares about the store's and employee's well being.
