    I worked at Marriott full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Wide variety of positions in the call center. They like to hire internally. They are open 24hrs so there is a wide variety of schedules to choose from.

    Cons

    Working holidays and weekends is required until you have tenure. Sometimes it is difficult to get time off when it gets busy during the summer months

    Monitoring calls and explaining all the rta aspects when you first get hired.
