    I worked at McDonald's part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a great job if you need a little extra money. It's open 24 hours a day so there is always a time for you to work. Also, taking off work time is very easy.

    Cons

It's a fast paced environment where you have to deal with customers daily. Some customers are awesome and some are not. You might feel like you do a lot of work for little pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice is that the better the emploeyes like their job, the better they are going to perform. Treat the little people well. They don't need any special favors or anything but they are human and deserve respect. It goes a long way.
