I have been working at Merck full-time (more than 10 years)

    Nice colleagues, good 401k benefit.

Continued downsizing and moving IT jobs overseas. Not a great place if you want a career in IT. More work continues to be done by fewer people.

Benefits continue to decline including pension which moves to a cash plan, employee contributions to medical and dental, education reimbursement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are cutting so deep that the knowledge walking out the door cannot easily be replaced. No longer an attractive place to work. A career has now turned into just a job.
