    I have been working at MidPen Housing full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    if working full time you get good benefits. Some employers are very friendly and approachable. Good working atmosphere unless you are working with picky or mean coworkers. initially, the atmosphere was great and working with other coworkers and the residents but it wears off due to high pressure to do a billion things in a 8 hour day. Good company values, get some free midpen stuff, and make friends.

    Cons

    Management sucks. They hire inexperience managers that don't know how to do there job. They have transitions very often and during these transitions, the company lay people off or force them to work at a different site so that they don't lose their jobs. Lots of turnover and always new faces. They put a lot of pressure on all staff to work hard because the company is understaffed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work with your service department for they are the face of the company. Reduce pressure on staff members especially because they are trying hard to manage many properties and residents. Stop laying off people during transitions and only hire IF you are planning on keeping them
