    I worked at Ministry of Justice UK as a contractor


    The staff in these environments are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone works hard and contributes and helps if they can.


    Occasionally stressful, without notice. An incident can take up an entire day you had assigned for paperwork, there is nothing you can do about this. Underfunding is causing staff shortages which complicates everything, this creates stress and a worse work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More funding and you will be surprised how much the state of the MoJ improves.
