I worked at Minster Law full-time (more than 5 years)

After thinking long and hard, the only pro that I can come up with about Minster Law is home time.

Everything at Minster Law is target-driven. Companies do have targets, I get that, but these shysters set unrealistic and unachieveable targets. Morale and motivation across the entire business is pretty much non-existent. Client care is sacrificed so that precious targets can be met. It is a "claims factory" which lies and gives false hope to clients. There is absolutely no client care whatsoever. Many claims are massively under-settled, there are huge backlogs and delays. Career progression is promised but non-existent. The management are good at talking the talk but never deliver their promises. Having spent a number of years working in this hole, I am qualified to say that I would not recommend Minster Law as a place to work, or a company to use if you are looking to pursue a personal injury claim. The business is losing £1m per month right now...would you want to join a sinking ship like this?
