Former Employee - Financial Analyst  in  New York, NY
Former Employee - Financial Analyst in New York, NY

I worked at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very friendly environment and everyone was really smart. The company really helped me grow as a professional and gave me strong insight into the financial world. I am better off from having worked here and would recommend the company to any one looking to advance their career.

    Cons

The pay was not as strong as I would have liked it to be. I really enjoyed working here but left the company for a stronger paying job. Pay is not everything but I felt like my career was not advancing and nor was my salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more hands on with the employees.
