    I worked at Morrison Facilities Services full-time


    There are not pros


    - No job security
     - Careers/career progression means nothing at Morrison.
     - Poor communication throughout the company
     - Incompetent senior management - areas of the Business in dire state
     - No regular meetings between managers and staff (only time staff are invited to meetings by management is when the member of staff is told to leave)
    - High Labour turnover - managers/senior managers always find a way to get rid of staff
     - Careless recruitment methods. Some of the worst performing members of staff are employed
    - unable to manage costs.
    - unhappy clients/customers
    - Basic training not given when needed/no training opportunities
    - unhappy work atmosphere
    - sometimes talents can go to waste
    - Bullying left, right and centre
    - Health of staff can be destroyed
    - Some managers working almost 24/7
    - Corruption- Directors bribing clients to do shoddy repairs. I cannot reveal who as my safety would be compromised
