    Pros

    Great people, great work, good environment, and very support teammates.

    Cons

    Very slow to make decisions and hampered by significant internal politics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Add transparency between leadership and staff. Reduce influence of the board, which is far too large to effectively manage the organization.
