    Because it's a long-established organizationw ith a significant history and ties to other large, long-standing organizations, they can be a bit behind in updating policies, procedures, ande integrating new technologies. They also seem occasionally to lean too much on the faith community for recruits, making canvassing work difficult foe some staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find another visionary chairperson, bring in new ideas, and step up the involvement in the Dreamers and Same Sex Marriage fights. partner with color of Change and the Courage Campaign. . .
