    Pros

    The best reasons to work there, are because Westbay is getting overhauled for the better. One manager in particular is going above and beyond for the company. There's some room to move up and make some money if you're a good worker. It's also a really good place to learn alot of info about cars. I have a much greater understanding of cars and auto repair than I thought I did. It would also be a good footstep to becoming a mechanic.

    Cons

    They really don't care about the paint department, at least corporate doesn't. We have exclusive rights to mix PPG on the Kitsap, and yet we're losing all of our contracts. We have no paint outside sales person. We're extremely knowledgable about paint, but we're losing contracts to Wesco simply because we don't reach out to bodyshops. It's a waste of a department, and a waste of potential. Paint can make so much money, but it doesn't.

    Advice to Management

    Please, help out the paint department and hire a good outside sales person. We could make so much money if we did. Store 11 would be on fire, Store 1 would pull an extra 40k a month, and bringing it back to 6 would bring it an easy 10k a month. Paint could make alot of money, but we're not.
