    Pros

    Nice people, work environment driven by best practices. Good work/life balance. Made great friends there and built strong professional relationships.

    Cons

    Can be political in certain departments. Hiring philosophy can be narrow (need to find people who have done the exact same job before rather than think outside the box about transferable skills). "Nice guy" culture means candid feedback can be tough to come by.

    Open your minds about transferable abilities. Provide management training to new managers.
