I have been working at Northrop Grumman

Good benefits, the 9-80 schedule is nice for long weekends.
Being a part of new technology.
There is a team atmosphere and everyone tries to complete the same goals.

The bureaucracy and older culture causes a lot of delays.
Compensation is beneficial for people coming from the outside or engineering, but if started with NGC in non engineering field hard to get compensated.
Training is minimal for non engineering fields.
