    9/80 work schedule, flexible hours, child-care resources, 100% tuition reimbursement (for job related classes)

    Cons

    Very rigid promotion structure, the company's "pay-for-performance" motto doesn't really hold up too well since you can receive an above average performance rating but only get the average merit increase
