    I worked at Nuance full-time (more than an year)


    There are some great people at the company - but they're all leaving (or trying to leave).


    We are all leaving the company for better opportunities, better management and frankly - a better life. Management is completely oblivious to the problem: the company and blame the employees. People are leaving without future job opportunities just to get away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look in the mirror to the problem. Communicate to your employees. There will always be a huge bridge between employees and executive management but some levels of management should try to make it better (instead of doing nothing).
