    I worked at Omni Hotels full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Depending on how much your bosses conform to the ideal Omni manager, you could have a great manager. But some of them don't really follow or care about the "trilogy"

    Cons

    Omni preaches customer experience and bending the rules for customers, but most managers don't actually support this. The company needs to better integrate their culture into the management in order for it to work as intended. The company also pinches pennies in the wrong places, compromising quality for a shiny new paint job on their new 3-4 hotel and resort purchases every year
